La Isla: El Reality[]
2012[]
Ivonne joined the Celebrities tribe. From the beginning of the competition she showed herself as the strongest woman in her tribe and in general, she opposed the leadership that Ricardo Casares wanted to impose in the tribe and instead she was given a natural leadership in the competitions, which annoyed Ricardo and made her receive a vote in the first trial by him. The vote surprised her since the whole tribe had planned to vote for Belem Guerrero, however she always suspected it was Ricardo and little by little she was confirming it more and more.
It was until the second stage of the game that she again went to trial, where she was forced to vote for her dear friend Daniel Elbittar in the sixth trial due to his serious injury. In the seventh trial she saw the opportunity to vote for Ricardo due to his betrayal and since the relationship between them was never good, finally getting Ricardo voted out. Later in the ninth trial, as a tribe strategy they convinced Julia Orayen to fake an injury much more serious than the one she had so that the judges would not decide to save her and she would be voted out, the deception was a success and the 4 remaining members of the tribe managed to go to the merge. Already in the merge, the Luna tribe members convinced Ivonne's ally, El Bofo Bautista, to vote for her. Ivonne was betrayed and eventually voted out as she was considered a physical threat.

La Revancha[]
Ivonne was assigned to the Zafiro tribe. At the beginning of the competition she was confident and a bit pensive about what was to come, as she did not feel very welcome by her tribe. Due to poor communication and coordination of all the tribe members, they had to attend the first trial of the season, where Ivonne convinced the emissaries to join them in voting for Geraldine Bazán, as they considered her the weakest member. However, Ivonne's tribemates thought differently and in the voting results she was the one voted out, as they did not like her role as a leader.
However, Ivonne received the surprise of arriving at Playa Destierro for a chance to return to the game, where in the first duel Ivonne surprised by having great strength and endurance, which allowed her to stay in Playa Destierro but not enough to get the first place and return to the game. During her days at Playa Destierro, Ivonne formed a great friendship with Rafa Mercadante, and both managed to stay in the following duels, but it was until the fourth duel that Ivonne finally achieved first place and was able to return to the game.
Ivonne after her return joined the Jade tribe, where she also remained after the tribe switch. Despite not being the main target, Ivonne never managed to become part of the majority and could only ally herself with her friend Rafa, who had also managed to return to the game and was eventually voted out again. To Ivonne's bad luck, in the last trial before the merge, her tribemates used Black Pearls, making them immune and making Ivonne the only one without immunity, so in addition to having received all the votes of her tribe she was automatically voted out.

^1 As part of her return from Playa Destierro, Ivonne was given the returning bracelet that gave her immunity at the next trial.
^2 In Episode 36, the emissaries vetoed the vote, so the vote was negated and a new vote would be taken, in which the contestant who was to be voted out would be saved, in this case Ricardo. The emissaries would not vote in the revote.

- In 2022, Ivonne competed on La Casa de los Famosos 2, the second season of the celebrity edition of Gran Hermano USA.[2] She made it to the final episode, finishing as the winner.
