The castaways must stand on narrow pegs while holding a percentage of their body weight. If at any point the sandbags containing the weight fall into the water, or they fall off the pegs, they are eliminated. The last person standing with the weights in their hands wins.
History[]
The challenge appeared again at the final eight of Titans v Rebels. To make the challenge harder, the castaways now had to hold 20% of their body weight, and the pegs were sharper than before. After a little over 20 minutes, Alex Coe stepped down, giving Rianna Bowley her third individual immunity win.
The challenge was modified for use as a tribal Reward Challenge in Brains v Brawn II. Each tribe divided into pairs, where the last pair standing in the challenge would win sausage dogs for their tribe. Furthermore, each castaway no longer had to hold weight, and would have three levels of foot pegs to negotiate throughout the challenge. Ultimately, Brains won the challenge.
The challenge was used as the Final Immunity Challenge for Brains v Brawn II, modified for play in four stages where the castaways had to use bamboo poles, instead of rope, to support themselves. After 2 hours and 25 minutes, Myles Kuah dropped out of the challenge during the third stage. Both remaining players stayed strong through to the final stage; however, after 3 hours, AJ Antonios slipped off the pegs, giving Kaelan Lockhart his record seventh individual immunity win and a spot in the Final Two.
