Helen Carney is a contestant from Survivor: Panama.
Helen successfully reached the merge after North Island won the first two Immunity Challenges and by joining her tribemates in voting off the socially isolated Tayfun Kadioglu and granting Meeta Bose's wish to quit after North Island lost the subsequent two Immunity Challenges. However, once the tribes merged, the first vote was deadlocked as the Columbus tribe voted alongside old tribe lines, with North Island voting against Bridget Griffiths and South Island voting against Helen, both for being deemed physically weaker. A tiebreaker quiz thus occurred to break the tie, where Bridget correctly identified that quinine tree bark can treat malaria, whereas Helen didn't, meaning Helen became the first member of the jury.

^1 In Episode 6, a tie occurred. Per Survivor UK rules, past votes were taken into account. As both Bridget and Helen had 1 vote, a second vote was held where the Bridget and Helen would not vote and the remaining castaways could only vote for those involved in the tie. The vote ended in a deadlock. With this, a quiz challenge was held between Bridget and Helen to determine the elimination. Bridget won the tiebreaker challenge, eliminating Helen.
