Gorka Ibarguren es el último concursante confirmado de Supervivientes. Un hombre que se dio a conocer en el programa El conquistador, el mismo en el que saltaron a la fama Finito y Keroseno, y que se gana la vida como entrenador personal.
Tiene muy claro cuál es su objetivo en el concurso y llega dispuesto a dejarse la piel en la aventura más heavy de la cadena amiga: "Los Cayos Cochinos no se me van a resistir. Voy a traer el premio a casa".[1]

Gorka got off to a good start on the 2024 series of the show, winning immunity in the first challenge and, by extension, could choose which team he wanted to be part of. When he received a challenge to answer what he missed most about back home, he answered with his girlfriend yet gave the less than flattering answer of "I'm dying of hunger, I only think about burgers, but you are what I miss most about Honduras."[2]
While a regular victor at immunity challenges, Gorka - a slightly polarising member of the tribe - found himself vulnerable when he didn't win them, and his regular nominations reflected that. However, viewers who had seen him on TVE reality show El conquistador liked him and kept him in. He went out on Day 101 by only 13 votes - at just 0.006% deciding Gorka would go over Rubén Torres, it became the closest vote ever on the show, the first time a public vote had ever been decided by 1/1,000 of a percentage point.
