Genie Robin-Chen is a contestant from Survivor 41.
Genie worked as a provider early on, taking charge of her tribe's fire alongside Brad Reese. After Brad was voted out, she was not targeted on account of her loyalty until her tribe was reduced to three. Despite Genie's hopes that the other two Ua members, Shan Smith and Ricard Foyé, would turn on each other for their comparable threat levels, they instead voted her out.

Survivor[]
Genie made early strong bonds with Brad Reese and Shan Smith, but was left out of the first Ua vote as she was the only one to vote against Ricard Foyé. Despite this, Genie's hard work around camp and more predictable behavior in comparison to Brad and JD Robinson kept her from being the next target. After being left out of another vote when Brad was sent home, Genie told the rest of the tribe she was done doing work since she did not feel like she was a part of the tribe. Shan and Ricard tried to do damage control, but Genie's position felt hopeless and Ua continued to lose. Despite Genie appearing to be the weakest of the remaining four tribe members, JD's lackluster challenge performances and strategic maneuvering had kept him in contention to get voted out. Shan felt that Genie was more valuable to keep around, so JD was voted out 3-1 on Day 9.
Unfortunately for Genie, Ricard and Shan's bond appeared unbreakable, so it seemed unlikely she would survive another Tribal Council visit. The remaining Ua trio agreed to leave the Beware Advantage (previously flushed when Brad was voted out), but Shan and Ricard went back to where the advantage was hidden to retrieve it and keep it out of Genie's possession. After one last hard-fought effort, Ua suffered their fourth Immunity Challenge loss on Day 11. It came down to Shan as the swing vote with Ricard and Genie openly targeting each other. Despite tensions growing between the tight duo, Shan stuck with Ricard to vote out Genie, who finished in 13th place.
