Gary Centeno is a contestant from Survivor México (2021) and Survivor México (2023).

In 2021, Gary joined the Dream Team alliance from the beginning, composed of the supposedly strongest members of the Halcones tribe, which allowed Gary to survive the first cycles. After a tribe switch, Gary joined the Jaguares tribe, where together with Paco Pizaña, his Dream Team ally, and Alejandra Toussaint, the tribe's outcast, they formed a new alliance called Las Hienas, which would later affiliate with the other members of the original Halcones tribe. This alliance kept Gary moving forward in the game, although in Cycle 14, Gary was nominated to the Extinction Duel to eliminate the alliance's target, Cyntia González, but Gary failed and had to be eliminated. However, the tribe captain and Gary's ally, Alejandra, used the Resurrection Totem that nullified Gary's elimination and allowed him to reach the merge. In the merge, Las Hienas alliance was in the minority, so on Cycle 16, Alejandra decided to sacrifice herself and allow her alliance to vote for her, however, the affiliate Fernando Vélez did not follow the plan and diverted his vote, resulting in Gary as the nominee instead. Gary was defeated in the Extinction Duel by his great ally Paco and Sargento Rap, being this time definitively eliminated.
