Koh-Lanta[]

Frédérique entered the competition as one of the renowned French athletes, so she was assigned to the Malabou tribe. They immediately competed in the first Reward Challenge and won it against the Tiac tribe, which consisted of returning players. At camp, the Malabou tribe succeeded in finding their water fairly quickly, but they failed to start a fire. The next day, the Malabou tribe narrowly lost the first Immunity Challenge, which they blamed on a strategy that Frank Lebœuf had suggested for the water portion of the challenge. With Tribal Council looming for the Malabou tribe, Betty Lise became a target due to her being seen as the weakest of the group in challenges, though so did Gwendal Peizerat for his tendency to talk about doing certain things without following through. At Tribal Council, Frédérique joined Djamel Bouras and Frank in voting out Betty in a 3-2-1 vote.

Right before the second Reward Challenge, Hot Pursuit, both tribes received a new member: Mohamed Derradji was assigned to the Tiac tribe and Taïg Khris was assigned to the Malabou tribe. The Malabou tribe won this challenge. The next day, however, the Malabou tribe narrowly lost the second Immunity Challenge, which they blamed mainly on Gwendal swimming off course in one of his relays. Also, they still had yet to start a fire, which prompted Denis Brogniart to visit their camp and give them fire on the condition that they relocate their camp to a location that would be more strategic for their fire. Going into Tribal Council, many members of the Malabou tribe were in danger of being voted out, including Taïg because he was the newest member of the tribe, Frank because his injured back was a concern going into challenges, and Gwendal because of his perceived ostentatious demeanour around camp and his performance in the corresponding Immunity Challenge. Ultimately, with only two votes cast against him, Frank was voted out at Tribal Council. When the two tribes had to construct a raft at their respective camps for the third Reward Challenge, the Malabou tribe was in conflict with Frédérique calling out Taïg and Gwendal for imposing their ideas too much. Djamel eventually managed to calm everyone down by mediating so that everyone could express their ideas. In spite of this, the Malabou tribe lost the third Reward Challenge. On a positive note, they were able to feast on a meal consisting of a crocodile fish and a moray eel in the evening thanks to the successful fishing efforts of Taïg and Gwendal earlier that day in the afternoon. The next day, the Malabou tribe won the third Immunity Challenge after using a unified scrum technique, which paid off.

In large part due to Gwendal, the Malabou tribe won the fourth Reward Challenge by a landslide over the Tiac tribe. After the challenge, Denis Brogniart surprised the castaways by informing them that they would be merging that day and that both tribes would need to quickly select their respective Ambassadors to compete in a duel. He also informed them that a failure for the Ambassadors to reach a consensus on who to eliminate would result in the loser of the duel being eliminated instead. This was unlike the previous two seasons in which a failure for the Ambassadors to reach a consensus on who to eliminate would result in the two having to opt for a rock draw to determine who between them would be eliminated instead. The Malabou tribe selected Taïg to be their Ambassador and the Tiac tribe selected Christina Chevry to be theirs. Christina won the duel against Taïg, which granted her immunity at the merged tribe's first Tribal Council, immunity from being eliminated as an Ambassador, and, in turn, power over Taïg to ensure that a Malabou tribe member is eliminated by the Ambassadors and not a Tiac tribe member. Taïg revealed to Christina that, after being selected to be his tribe's Ambassador, he was approached by Djamel, Frédérique, and Myriam Lamare and the four agreed that he should offer Gwendal's name should he lose the duel. Therefore, Christina and Taïg agreed upon Gwendal and he was eliminated from the game. After Christina and Taïg returned to camp and broke the news, the original Malabou tribe members explained to Gwendal that they had made this pact because they felt that he was the least deserving among them to continue forward through the game due to his arrogance during the tribal phase of the game. With the individual phase of the game beginning, the original Malabou tribe members made plans to vote based on who they thought was the least sportive of the tribe. However, the original Tiac tribe members made plans to pagong the original Malabou tribe members, though Coumba Baradji temporarily considered flipping to the other side due to being at the bottom of her alliance along with Christina. Their first target was to be Frédérique, who they feared would be good at the Perch challenge should she make it that far into the competition. Upon realizing that they were going to be pagonged, the original Malabou tribe members expressed their frustrations and changed their plans, opting to vote together against Freddy Boucher, who was considered one of the leaders of the original Tiac tribe members. Meanwhile, the original Tiac tribe members changed their plans as well, choosing to target Djamel because they realized that he would be a physical threat in the short-term and that he needed to eat more than the rest of the tribe. Thus, at Tribal Council, Djamel was voted out in a 6-4 vote.

Upon returning from Tribal Council, Christina was temporarily evacuated from the game due to her emotional stress taking a toll on her body. The next day, Frédérique and Myriam generally avoided tasks around camp and tried to relax in order to get themselves ready for the next two challenges, the second of which being crucial for their survival in the game. Linda Alario and Christophe Guttatoro-Martin were critical of this, stating that they looked like they were on holiday. Later, when Grégoire Delachaux began to relax somewhat himself, Myriam told him that he should go fishing. This comment was taken poorly by most of the original Tiac tribe members, who felt that she was talking to him as if he hasn't been active around camp. Though Grégoire did go fishing soon after, the tensions throughout the day developed a rift beyond strategic reasons between the original Malabou tribe members and the original Tiac tribe members. Christina returned to camp the next morning and received a warm reception from her tribemates. Soon after, Taïg pricked his hand with the spiny dorsal fin of a fish he caught which turned out to be venomous. With his hands being temporarily paralyzed and his feeling as if there were ants crawling all over his body, Taïg was quickly treated by a medic who remedied the situation but also deemed Taïg unfit to compete in the second individual Immunity Challenge. In consequence, Taïg was immune from receiving any votes at the corresponding Tribal Council, but also could not cast a vote either. After Frédérique won the second individual Immunity Challenge, Denis Brogniart revealed to the merged tribe that Tribal Council would be taking place right there and then. With Myriam being the only original Malabou tribe member eligible for elimination, Christina believed that her fellow original Tiac tribe members would be voting against her. However, Christina was blindsided by her allies in a 5-2-1 vote because they were concerned for her health. Throughout the next cycle, tensions between the two alliances were alleviated and there was more harmony around camp. This did not change the plans of the original Tiac tribe members though who resumed their pagonging of the original Malabou tribe members. When Freddy and Myriam won the second individual Reward Challenge, the latter tried to convince the former to consider voting based on merit instead of voting strategically. Freddy seemed to agree with Myriam on this, however, he ultimately stuck to his alliance's plan. When Myriam won the third individual Immunity Challenge, Frédérique was voted out at the corresponding Tribal Council.
