A 56 ans, Frédéric a consacré toute sa vie au sport. Professeur d’EPS pendant 15 ans, il est aujourd’hui directeur du service des sports de sa ville. Fréderic est aussi instructeur de krav-maga. Une discipline qui le passionne pour la confiance en soi qu’elle permet de développer, et qu’il a à cœur d’enseigner, notamment aux plus fragiles. Père de 3 enfants, sans cesse tourné vers les autres, Frédéric veut vivre une aventure pour lui. Koh-Lanta c’est le défi ultime qui lui permettra de voir ce qu’il vaut à « son âge »…[1]
