The Final Four Alliance is an alliance formed in Survivor 41.
The alliance was started by Ricard Foyé to rally the non-members of the All-Black Alliance in order to blindside his former ally Shan Smith. They proceeded to define the season's end-game, with all four members of the alliance making it to the final five and eventually producing the Sole Survivor, Erika Casupanan.

Outside the Campout[]
On Day 18, following Evvie Jagoda's elimination which signified the end of the Yase Alliance, the final eight castaways considered their next move. Shan Smith, whose All-Black Alliance had driven the direction of the early merge, was becoming an increasingly great threat as the days passed, and her aggressive gameplay and domineering personality had started to grate on her allies. As such, the All-Black Alliance members considered taking out Ricard Foyé to cut Shan's options and solidify her allegiance with the alliance.
When Shan caught wind of the plan, she shared it with Ricard, who was her number-one ally after the pair had survived Ua's decimation. The two then recalibrated to shift the target to Deshawn Radden, who Shan saw as responsible for the blindside plan. Shan and Ricard agreed that it was too early to target each other, but that neither of them could take the other to the Final Three given each other's threat level. Ricard proceeded to win the next Immunity Challenge, thwarting the original blindside plan and prompting Shan to make the safer move of targetting Erika Casupanan.
With immunity, Ricard decided that Shan's continued presence in the game, especially with an alliance of four who would form the majority in the final seven, was a potential threat to his survival, knowing that Shan would never take him to the end. As such, Ricard spoke to Erika, Heather Aldret, and Xander Hastings, all of whom were outsiders of the All-Black Alliance, with the proposition that they blindside Shan to flush her idol. Ricard also approached Danny McCray and Deshawn, divulging that Shan had leaked their plan to him, thus pulling the two men into the loop for the vote as well. Erika then planned a Split Vote between Shan and Liana Wallace, and ultimately, Shan was successfully taken out that night.
Majority[]
After pulling off the biggest blindside of the season, Ricard's alliance made up the majority in the now seven-member Viakana tribe. Their rivals were fractured, with Liana having become distrustful of her two remaining allies in light of Shan's blindside. Ricard planned to take out Deshawn next, while Danny and Deshawn hoped to convince Erika and Heather to flip against Ricard.
On Day 21, Danny won the Immunity Challenge, and Deshawn was forced to compete in the "Do Or Die" challenge that night at Tribal Council. Danny, Deshawn, and Liana decided to stick together in the event that Deshawn were to survive the challenge, leaving Erika and Heather as the swing votes between that trio and the pair of Ricard and Xander. At Tribal Council, Deshawn won the "Do Or Die" and was granted immunity. Xander played his Extra Vote, and Erika and Heather remained loyal to the Final Four Alliance, resulting in Liana's departure.
Biggest Threat[]
Ricard remained the biggest threat left in the game, leaving Danny and Deshawn bewildered as to why the tribe had not taken him out. Now, Ricard's allies were open to eliminating him at the next possible opportunity. Once again, however, Ricard won the Immunity Challenge, disrupting the plan and leaving Danny and Deshawn on the chopping block.
Left on the bottom, Deshawn attempted to weaken the alliance by dropping the "truth bomb" that Erika was planning to take out Heather before the Final Three. Regardless, the planned split vote proceeded without complication and, because of Erika's campaigning to save Deshawn, Danny was taken out that night.
Final Stretch[]
The final five were transferred to a new camp, where a final game advantage was introduced. Erika ultimately found the advantage, which she used to win the final five Immunity Challenge, leaving Ricard vulnerable. Although Erika and Heather considered Deshawn's outburst at the previous Tribal Council, Ricard's threat level was insurmountable and he was swiftly taken out on Night 24.
On Day 25, Xander won the Final Immunity Challenge and decided to take Erika to the end to deprive her of the opportunity to prove herself in the fire-making challenge. Deshawn ended up beating Heather in a narrow showdown.
At Final Tribal Council, Xander was criticized for his lack of social awareness and agency, and Deshawn for his temper, which influenced his game decisions suboptimally. Erika's social and strategic acumen were well-regarded by the jury, allowing her to win in a 7-1-0 vote.
