Lairo is a tribe from Survivor: Island of the Idols.
Lairo is known for its unlucky performances in challenges compared to the rival Vokai tribe. They are also known for their strategic dysfunction, quickly dividing themselves and turning on each other. At the merge, this division caused them to be voted out one by one until just one remained. Their tribe color is orange.

- Lairo contains three openly LGBT castaways (Elaine, Missy, and Vince), the most of any starting tribe at the time of airing. This would be tied by Vati and Soka.
- Lairo is the second starting tribe, after Yasur, with two LGBT female members.
- Lairo is the first tribe to have a contestant sent to the Island of the Idols.
