Expedition Robinson 2000

Expedition Robinson 2000 is the fourth season of Expedition Robinson.

Mattias Dalerstadt defeated Edward Lundberg in a 7-2 jury vote to become the Sole Survivor.

Twists[]

Schoolyard Pick: In order to determine tribe affiliations, two challenges took place, one for each gender. The winner of each challenge would pick their tribe members.
Jokers: Anne Hausmanis and Håkan Marklund lived at a secret, separate camp known as Uda Dan Dara until the merge, where they entered the main game.
Duel: After a castaway was medically evacuated in "Episode 6", the next castaway voted out as well as the castaway who was most recently voted out competed in a duel to determine who would replace them.
Black Vote: Starting from the merge, every castaway who had been voted out was eligible to cast a vote at the subsequent Tribal Council.
Extra Vote: The winner of the "Episode 9" Immunity Challenge received an extra vote at the subsequent Tribal Council.
Semi-Finals: At the final four, the castaways competed in a challenge in which the winner would advance directly to the Final Two and the last-place finisher would be eliminated. The remaining two castaways would compete in another challenge to determine the second finalist.

Season Summary[]

At the start of the season, two opening challenges took place, with separate challenges for men and for women. Roxana Sundström and Edward Lundberg won the challenges and chose the members of North Team and South Team respectively. In episode 6, Adnan Amedi was medically evacuated from the game. After Arthur Csatho was voted out, Arthur competed agaist Buba Badjie in a duel to determine who would replace Adnan. Buba won the duel and re-entered the game.

At the merge, two jokers (Anne Hausmanis and Håkan Marklund) entered the main game after living at the Uda Dan Dara camp. They aligned with the former South Team members in order to pagong the former North Team members until they were both voted out at consecutive Tribal Councils by the South Team alliance. Edward won the first of two challenges at the final four, securing his spot in the Final Two and with Linda Häggkvist placing last and being eliminated. Mattias Dalerstadt won the second challenge, eliminating Hildegard Krebbs.

At the Final Tribal Council, Edward received the public's jury vote, but only received one jury vote - from Hildegard. As a result, Mattias won the title of Sole Survivor in a 7-2 jury vote.
