Elisabeth DelPadre Filarski, later known as Elisabeth Hasselbeck, is a contestant from Survivor: The Australian Outback.

Elisabeth started the game as the self-appointed cheerleader of the Kucha tribe, and formed a close father-daughter relationship with Rodger Bingham, whom she deemed her "Outback Daddy". Despite the Kucha Alliance being down in numbers for the majority of the merge, she successfully avoided an early Pagonging by the rival Ogakor Alliance, contributing to the alliance's betrayal of a couple of its members and ultimately reaching the final four. However, the remaining members stuck together, and without the safety of the Immunity Necklace, she became the last original Kucha sent to the jury.

Following her stint on Survivor, Elisabeth had a successful run as a television host, notably on the daytime talk show The View.

Survivor[]

Elisabeth was placed on the Kucha tribe. Her pleasant demeanor kept her in the good graces of her tribemates. Elisabeth built a strong bond with fellow contestant Rodger Bingham, even vowing never to vote against him. She voted in the majority at both of Kucha's Tribal Councils.

After both tribes merged into Barramundi on Day 20, the Kucha Alliance and the Ogakor Alliance targeted each other to become the majority. The following Tribal Council result was a deadlock tie, and Jeff Varner was eliminated due to having more prior votes than Colby Donaldson, putting Elisabeth and her alliance members into the minority. Elisabeth would attempt to get Tina Wesson to flip on Jerri Manthey due to her irritating the tribe. However, the plan didn't work, and Alicia Calaway was voted out next.

However, Elisabeth created bonds with Tina Wesson and Keith Famie, which got the Ogakor Alliance alliance to spare her and eliminate Jerri and Amber Brkich. At the final five, Elisabeth and Rodger knew that one of them would be voted off. Rodger was eliminated after asking to be voted out so Elisabeth would be spared, making her the last remaining Kucha member. After failing to win individual immunity, Elisabeth was voted off by the remaining Ogakor members.

At the Final Tribal Council, Elisabeth gave her jury vote to Tina, who would go on to win the game in a close 4-3 vote.
