2014[]
Dr. Wagner joined the Jaguar tribe. Although Dr. Wagner proved to be a strong competitor, scoring many points for his tribe in the challenges, he was nominated in the fourth trial by the girls of his tribe, and then voted out by the judges as they considered him a physical threat.

La Revancha[]
Dr. Wagner was assigned to the Jade tribe, where he did not remain for long, as when it was announced that they must vote out a man from the tribe, Dr. Wagner volunteered. To his surprise, Dr. Wagner arrived at Playa Destierro for a chance to return to the game, emerging victorious in the first duel and thus returning to the competition. Dr. Wagner chose to join the Zafiro tribe after his return, where he remained immune until the tribe switch.
At the tribe switch, Dr. Wagner became part of the Oro tribe, which went to trial in Cycle 7, where Dr. Wagner resulted tied with Mariana Torres. To his bad luck, the person in charge of the tiebreaker was none other than his rival Intocable Gómez, who did not hesitate for a second to vote him out.

^2 In Episode 28, the vote ended with a 3-3 tie between Dr. Wagner and Mariana. Therefore, Intocable as the winner of the Final Challenge had to decide the voted out between the contestants involved in the tie, choosing Dr. Wagner as the voted out.
