Over the first few cycles of the game, Délisia developed a strong affinity with Naouel Hadjaf and the pair were often in conflict with Gégé Icardi over his stubbornness concerning camp projects. Délisia and Naouel ultimately outlasted Gégé as he was voted out almost unanimously at the Wasaï tribe's first Tribal Council. Like Naouel, who suddenly quit the following day, Délisia was having difficulty adjusting to the harsh conditions of the game. She almost quit herself, but changed her mind before it was too late and became more committed to playing. Though the four remaining Wasaï women had voted together to blindside Benoît Mahieux, Délisia approached Patricia Morel and proposed that they target Caroline Matteucci next. This was because of Caroline's apparent strategy of talking with people who were considering quitting in order to encourage them to do so. However, at what would be her last Tribal Council, Délisia voted against Alexandra Pouillon as the majority of the tribe turned on her for her declining performances in challenges and for her inconsistent commitment to the game.
