- Nació en una familia sin carencias, pero sin lujos. Cyntia está convencida que de todas las etapas de la vida se aprende.
- Se considera una mujer fuerte e independiente; decidida a vivir su vida a su manera y bajo sus propias reglas, por lo que desde los 19 años, se independizó.
- Se considera una gran vendedora; a lo largo de su vida ha vendido libros, seguros, cremas, carros, entre otras cosas.
- A los 26 años se convirtió en mamá, cuatro años más tarde llegó su segundo hijo. Melany y Mateo, son el motor de su vida y son quienes le dan fuerza para seguir adelante.
- Su abuela Luz María, fue quien le heredó el gusto por la cocina y quien le compartió sus secretos y habilidades. Sin saberlo, en 2017, su hermano Alberto, la inscribió al casting de MasterChef México, su sazón la colocó como una de las favoritas de los Chefs y del público, pero se quedó con el segundo lugar. Durante la transmisión del programa, recibió uno de los golpes más fuertes que ha tenido en la vida: la muerte de su abuela Luz María.
- Después del programa, continuó con éxito su negocio de banquetes. Dos años más tarde, se le presentó la oportunidad de regresar a MasterChef La Revancha, en la que nuevamente se posicionó como una de las favoritas y llegó a la final.
- Para ella, Survivor representa que "la tercera es la vencida". Confía en poder regresar con el primer lugar. Está consciente que esta es una aventura difícil, pero única.[2]
