Coconut Juice (also known as Jo-Coconut and Get Crackin') is a recurring challenge from Survivor.

Survivors must race to crack open coconuts and obtain the juice inside of them. Once they have some juice, they must maneuver through a series of obstacles and place the remaining juice into a tube. The first person/tribe to fill up their tube wins.

The challenge debuted in Survivor: Marquesas where the remaining eight contestants were split up into pairs. The pairs had to open coconuts and pour the juice into tubes. Paschal and Sean were the first pair to fill up their tube, winning the challenge.

In Survivor: Vanuatu, the new Yasur tribe claimed its first victory with their new tribe member Rory, defeating the much stronger Lopevi.

The challenge appeared in Survivor: South Pacific as the second individual Immunity Challenge, where Dawn, Jim, Sophie, and Whitney competed to fill up their tubes first. After a back and forth race between Jim and Sophie, Jim managed to finish first.
