A 63 ans, Christian est au top de sa forme ! Père de 3 enfants, et grand-père de 7 petits-enfants, il est loin d’être le papi que l’on peut imaginer ! A la fois poète et infatigable, Christian se fait remarquer. Brocanteur de son état, Christian est aussi un grand sportif, rien ne l’arrête, ni le froid, ni la distance. Avec Koh-Lanta Christian veut prouver que l’âge ne veut rien dire, et qu’il peut surpasser les petits jeunes. [1]

Representing the east of France, Christian was placed on the Silangan tribe. The first couple of cycles went reasonably well for the Silangan tribe, with its members not finishing last in either of the reward challenges nor either of the immunity challenges. During this time, Christian developed a decent bond with Maxime Lubian as both were more active around camp and both weren't afraid to eat insects in order to survive. Unfortunately for the Silangan tribe, their streak of serenity came to an end after finishing last in the third immunity challenge. In spite of Christian being in good shape physically for a man of his age, the younger members of the tribe felt that he was their weakest link in challenges, resulting in him becoming a target for elimination. Learning of this, Christian searched for a Hidden Immunity Necklace and talked to Maxime about the pair voting out Benoît Piedfer for not being as helpful around camp. Ultimately, Christian failed to find himself any advantages and he was voted out unanimously by his tribemates, including Maxime.
