Cecilia "Ceci" Ludmila Ponce is the Sole Survivor of La Isla 2013: El Reality. She later competed on Survivor México (2024) and Survivor México: Héroes y Villanos.

La Isla: El Reality[]
Ceci was a member of the Celebrities tribe. After the tribe switch, she continued to belong to the same tribe and, as captain, she chose her new teammates. Ceci is remembered for the strong conflicts with Carlos Pulido and Paco de la O throughout the season.
At the merge she proved to be the strongest competitor and won enough Immunity Bracelets to make it to the finale, where she defeated her friend and ally Alberto Guerra to become the second female Sole Survivor of La Isla: El Reality, taking home the MX$2,000,000 and a brand new pickup truck that she won in the last Reward Challenge.
