Carla Gubb is a contestant from Survivor South Africa: Immunity Island.
After Vuna's decisive first Tribal Council, Carla came out on top with the numbers, but her plans were thrown into disarray by a tribe switch the next day which led to her number-one ally Mike Laws being voted out despite Vuna holding the numbers on their new tribe. Although Carla was saved when Santoni Engelbrecht and the former Vunas sided with her at the next vote, her luck ran out at the Double Tribal Council as Santoni pushed to break up her duo with Wardah Hartley, leading to the former's blindside.

Carla Gubb (29), a corporate sales executive and entrepreneur from Cape Town, says that having watched every season of Survivor that has aired over the past 20 years, she still believes you can never be prepared. "The game is so different every season and every player is unique, which makes it impossible to predict what is going to happen, or how to play," she says.
