Benjamin est entré tôt dans la vie active. Comptable, il se définit comme atypique, loin de l'image de rigueur de sa profession. Il est plutôt tête en l'air, mais son engagement pallie cela. Passionné de stratégie, il dit avoir une tête bien faite. Il est prêt à tout pour aller au bout, cet accro aux jeux n'a aucune limite quand il s'agit de gagner.

Benjamin was selected by Alexandra Élizé to be a part of the Nacpan tribe. The Nacpan tribe performed well in challenges overall and, until its dissolution, its members never had to worry about attending Tribal Council. During their time as members of the Nacpan tribe and then the Matingi tribe, Benjamin did not agree with Alexandra's approach to leadership and communication. When the Matingi tribe lost the second post-dissolution Immunity Challenge and were about to face Tribal Council, many members of the tribe sided with Alexandra and made plans to vote out Benjamin. However, there were as many people planning to vote out Stéphanie Tribot for her weakness in challenges. After a tied vote followed by a tied revote at Tribal Council, Benjamin and Stéphanie had to draw rocks. Unfortunately for Benjamin, he drew the black rock and was eliminated.
