Story

Night 41

The Fa'amolemole tribe returns from Tribal Council. As a result of receiving the most votes at the previous Tribal Council, Gerry and Nina enter Survivor Isolation while the rest of the tribe returns to their camp.

Challenges

Immunity Challenge: Domino Effect
Each contestant will stand within a circular table suspended by three cables. They must place their tiles through a specific window, rotating the table so as to place more tiles around the table. As the table is rotated, the tension in the cables builds, so the contestants must stabilize the table with one hand and stack their tiles with the other. The first person to knock down all their tiles wins.

	George	“	(voting against Simon) After 42 long days, Simon, I finally get to see you go home.	”

	Liz	“	(voting against Simon) Simon, you're a cat with nine lives.	”

	Nina	“	(voting against Simon) I'm writing your name down in hopes that it saves my butt whether it's tonight or even going back into camp tomorrow. I need a path forward.	”

	Simon	“	(voting against Nina) Nina, good luck tonight. Hope that whichever one of the two of us survives as the last freedom fighter can make it all the way to the end.	”

	Matt	“	(voting against Nina) Nina, here we are again. Uh, possibly sending you home tonight. Hopefully it's a bit more fun to be had where if we get to a revote, but if not, it's been nice knowing you. Please vote for me if I get to the Final Two.	”

	Gerry	“	(voting against Nina) Nina, take two.	”

An edited version of Gerry's confessional was aired during Simon's final words.

	Liz	“	(voting against Simon) Simon, this is a no brainer.	”

	George	“	(voting against Simon) Simon, you put up a great fight. It's very, very commendable. But tonight, your fight ends—at last!	”

	Gerry	“	(voting against Simon) Simon, gear up, young fella.	”

	Matt	“	(voting against Simon) Simon, every plan you have has to be your way or the highway. Unfortunately tonight, you're on the highway, going home.	”

Final Words

	Simon	“	(laughs) Oh, tonight we- uh, went to ride the lightning and sure enough, I got struck down. To be on the bottom for 26 days was a really hard thing to do when I'm normally a natural-born leader, but I leave here a very, very happy man. And, I won a car! (laughs)	”
