Pour Audrey, actuellement à la recherche d'un emploi, la vie doit être aseptisée et de préférence citadine... Elle n'affectionne pas particulièrement la nature, et encore moins les animaux, sauvages ou domestiques! Audrey a des opinions bien tranchées et déteste les machos! Elle voudrait prouver, dans sa vie comme à Koh-Lanta, qu'en 2010, une femme n'a pas besoin d'un homme!

Before the contestants even got on the boat, Denis Brogniart informed them that they would have to immediately decide upon two among them to not join the rest on the boat. Believing that this was an elimination, Véronique Bègue and Boris Deltell sacrificed themselves for the other contestants. The other sixteen contestants said their goodbyes and got on the boat, which was headed to an island where they would be divided into two tribes the next day. When swimming to this island from the boat, Alain Merdel almost drowned, but Claude Dartois saved him and helped him get to the island. As the contestants trekked towards the north side of the island, Virginie Mercadal Pioli cut her upper eyelid by bumping into a branch. That night, Vivien Escouflaire and Alain found the island's watering hole and the sixteen contestants settled in for the night. The next day, they finished their trek and Denis Brogniart revealed that the two tribes would be divided by gender. Thus, Audrey was assigned to the Vang tribe and they immediately competed against the Do tribe in their first Reward Challenge, which they won. The reward for the Vang tribe was three matches and, upon arriving at their camp, they succeeded in making fire. They also encountered Boris, who had arrived there the day before by helicopter and who would be their sole male tribemate instead of being eliminated. Virginie's eyelid was stitched up earlier at the first Reward Challenge and she was required to wear a bandage over her eye throughout the remainder of the first cycle and, in turn, couldn't participate in the first Immunity Challenge, which was in the water. This temporary handicap, along with her already strong personality, encouraged Virginie to be hyperactive around camp, which earned her the ire of some of her tribemates, especially Frédérique Brugiroux. On the other hand, Frédérique also had a strong personality and annoyed some of her tribemates by not contributing around camp that much and by being negative about not having more men in the tribe. Frédérique and Virginie clashed on a few occasions throughout the remainder of the cycle and, after the Vang tribe lost the first Immunity Challenge, the two made it clear to one another that they would be voting against each other at Tribal Council. With the rest of the tribe wanting to have more peace at camp and realizing that Virginie would be more of an asset to them than Frédérique, Frédérique was voted out unanimously at Tribal Council.

Early in the next cycle, the women of the Vang tribe initially followed Boris on his idea about building a quick shelter near a thicket, however, they realized that this wasn't a good idea and restarted construction of the shelter somewhere else. This, along with a few other strange ideas to improve the Vang tribe's camp life and a couple of unideal challenge performances, provoked the tribe's women to think that Boris might not be necessary for their survival in the game. The Vang tribe lost the second Reward Challenge, which notably upset Wafa El Mejjad who felt like she could've performed better. The next day, the Vang tribe won the second Immunity Challenge. Upon their victory, the Vang tribe was offered the right to exchange Boris for Véronique, however, they turned down this offer in spite of their prior concerns with Boris, agreeing that a good team should stay strong and stick together. Upon returning to camp, Virginie cooked periwinkles for her tribemates, however, they turned out burnt and the Vang tribe did not enjoy this meal. Virginie continued to work a lot throughout the cycle, but her mostly laidback tribemates felt that her efforts were becoming excessive and that she needed to slow down. With a few rats invading their camp, the Vang tribe had a mediocre start of the next cycle. Furthermore, they lost the third Reward Challenge, Blind Leading the Blind, against the Do tribe.

When the two tribes arrived for the third Immunity Challenge, Denis Brogniart surprised them with a sudden tribe switch. With two tribes being formed with an equal number of men and women in each, Audrey was selected by Jennifer Lieutaud to be one of the four women of her tribe. Jennifer's tribe won the third Immunity Challenge and they were given the right to select which camp to return to. Without hesitation, they chose to return to the Do camp, making them the second Do tribe. Philippe Duron, now one of the members of the second Vang tribe, was upset by this turn of events because he and his other three male tribemates were essentially forced to start fresh on a comparatively empty camp while relinquishing the results of their hard work to a mostly laidback second Do tribe. At the Do camp, the four newcomer women relished what was essentially a steep upgrade of their former camp while Boris became more comfortable due to now having three other males to socialize with. The next day, the men realized that they were doing most of the work around camp while the women tended to relax and sunbathe often throughout the day and it became evident that the votes may be based on gender lines should the second Do tribe ever go to Tribal Council. Though they were safe for the third cycle, Claude and Valentin D'Hoore were concerned that Abdellah Akriche might flip on them in the future due to his tendency to flirt with the tribe's women. Going into the next cycle, the Do tribe lost the fourth Reward Challenge, Memory. Abdellah openly claimed that the Vang tribe got lucky, but Jean-Pierre Pigato of the Vang tribe argued back that his own tribe simply had a better strategy. The next day, the Do tribe constructed their raft for the fourth Immunity Challenge and, though it was inferior to that of the Vang tribe, they won said challenge the day after because they made a strategic risk during the race that paid off.

The fifth Reward Challenge began on Day 13 and consisted of the tribes going on a trek to retrieve as many of their own plaques as possible, which would be returned to the starting line on Day 14. Before the challenge began, the two tribes competed in a mini-challenge to determine which of them would be assigned to the easier path. The Do tribe lost this mini-challenge and, in turn, was assigned to the tiger path, which was the more taxing of the two paths. On their way to their checkpoint where they would be staying for the night, the Do tribe worked in a cacophonous matter but managed to get themselves organized towards the end of the day. After a rough night at their checkpoint, the Do tribe headed back to the starting line and, after the Vang tribe had mistakenly retrieved a plaque designated for the Do tribe, both teams arrived with 18 plaques that counted. In order to break the tie, the two tribes competed in another mini-challenge, which the Vang tribe won. Returning to camp already disappointed, the Do tribe was displeased to discover that their fire was almost extinguished and that they were almost out of rice due to proportioning their rice incorrectly before. The next day, things took a positive turn for the Do tribe because Claude managed to catch many crabs for the tribe to eat and because they won the fifth Immunity Challenge. In spite of this, Jennifer developed a desire to quit the competition due to missing the comforts of life outside of the game and her loved ones. She followed through on this that evening, which caused her now former tribemates to think of her as selfish for her decision. In spite of their prior concerns about being down in numbers now that Jennifer was gone, the Do tribe woke up the next morning as if nothing happened. At the sixth Reward Challenge, Marine Plissonneau reentered the game after having been voted off the Vang tribe the cycle prior and joined the Do tribe in Jennifer's place. Feeling excited about Marine joining them because they felt that she was more beneficial to have than Jennifer, the Do tribe won the sixth Reward Challenge. Marine excitedly joined her new tribemates in returning to Do camp and rekindled her relationships with the tribe's women. She also was admired by the tribe's men for her past showings in challenges and for her work ethic around camp. The next day, the two tribes competed in the sixth Immunity Challenge, Buggin' Out, which was won by the Do tribe mostly due to Boris making a successful bluff regarding his chewing time. Going into the next cycle, Laurence Pizzocchia began to increase her workload around camp slightly after observing Marine earn favour from the tribe's men for her efforts. Meanwhile, Wafa and Audrey continued to be inactive around camp, which made Claude hope that his tribe would lose the upcoming Immunity Challenge in order to vote one of them off and to ensure the men a numerical advantage over the women going into the merge. The Do tribe quickly won the seventh Reward Challenge, which was for access to a cool bath along with chocolate and toiletries. Upon returning to camp from their reward, Wafa and Audrey talked about their cravings for delicious food at different points throughout the remainder of the day, which annoyed their tribemates, especially Laurence. After the Do tribe narrowly lost the seventh Immunity Challenge a couple of days later, the men, Laurence, and Marine strategized to blindsided one of either Wafa or Audrey by making them feel that Marine would be the target due to her status as the newest member of the tribe. At Tribal Council, Wafa and Audrey voted against Marine as the rest of the tribe had expected. Meanwhile, though Abdellah voted astray against Valentin, the rest of the voting bloc stuck to their plan and voted out Audrey as they felt she was weaker and more apathetic than Wafa.
