One person from each tribe or team will race through a series of obstacles to a chair. The rest of the tribe or team will then lift the chair, allowing that person to retrieve 10 numbered bags. Once they have collected the 10 bags, the next person will go, retrieving the next 10 bags, and so on. Once all 30 bags have been collected, the tribe or team must use the 30 letter tiles to solve a word puzzle. The first tribe or team to complete this wins.
In Survivor: Game Changers, Michaela brought the orange team to an early lead. However, the lead quickly dissolved at the chair stage, where both teams remained relatively even. Eventually, Sarah managed to pull ahead of Sierra in the final round. The lead was neutralized by the challenging word puzzle, which took over 50 minutes to complete. In the end, the blue team consisting Andrea, Aubry, Brad, Sarah, and Zeke managed to solve the puzzle "REINVENTING HOW THIS GAME IS PLAYED", winning a trip to a luxury resort with a meal and an overnight stay.
