Anela Majozi

Anela "Smash" Majozi is a contestant from Survivor South Africa: Immunity Island.

Starting in the majority on the Zamba tribe, Anela's social game helped him to survive two tribe switches to make it to the merge. There, the Zambas were picked off by the ruling Vuna Alliance until only he and Nicole Wilmans stood as the last Zambas standing. Anela then aligned with a faction of Vuna members to help eliminate Anesu Mbizvo, a vote which led to a chain of Vuna members being voted out in succession. As the Vunas self-destructed, Anela and Nicole skated by to the Final Two. Though he was praised for his social game, his history of perceived strategic blunders led to him being overlooked in favor of Nicole and he finished as the runner-up.

25 year-old maths educator and rugby coach Anela Majozi – originally from Durban but now calling Johannesburg home – describes himself as 'a typical Gemini'. "I'm simple yet also elaborate, deliberate and measured in my approach - and somehow also very careless at times," he says.
