Always Be Moving is the penultimate episode of Survivor: Ghost Island.

Challenge: Always on the Run
The castaways will be divided into three teams of two, where they will place a wooden spool onto a track which will roll to the bottom of the structure where one castaway will grab it and place it back onto the track. At regular intervals, more spools will be added, making it more difficult. If a spool drops, your team is out of the challenge. Last team left standing wins reward.
Reward: Delivering supplies to a local Fijian school along with a meal of fried chicken and chocolate cake.

Winner: Purple Team (Domenick Abbate and Wendell Holland) (shared with Laurel Johnson; sent Sebastian Noel to Ghost Island)

Challenge: Seven Bridges Road
Castaways will have to race out to two sets of tied planks, and use them to create a bridge to cross. Once they've crossed their bridge, castaways will have to complete two sets of ladders to climb a tower. At the top of the tower, they will then solve a slide puzzle. The first person to finish their puzzle wins.
