Altaaf Sheik is a contestant from Survivor South Africa: Champions.
After being recruited into Graham Jenneker's dominant Rugrats Alliance, Altaaf cruised into a comfortable position in the merge. However, he quickly learned that his expectations of open honesty from his tribemates was futile when he was excluded from the plan to blindside his ally Moyra Makina. At the final six, Altaaf unraveled when he caught wind of Zavion Kotze's remarks that he was a "rich, spoiled brat" for his cavalier attitude towards spilling the tribe's rice. Incensed, he exposed Graham and Zavion's conspiracy at the Loved Ones Challenge at Tribal Council. In his last hurrah, Altaaf dumped the tribe's remaining rice into the campfire shortly before being unanimously voted out.

Durban born-and-bred Altaaf is a helicopter pilot in the South African Air Force. He became the first Indian to play rugby for the SAAF, using his lightning speed at full-back and wing. He also prides himself on completing the Air Force's Survival course with flying colours.[1]
