Enfant des îles, Alexandra a grandi en Martinique. Très attachée à ses racines créoles, elle y est retournée après des études de commerce en métropole. Elle est aujourd'hui directrice d'un groupe de radio et d'un circuit de cinémas aux Antilles. Alexandra vit à 100 à l'heure. Leader, elle ne peut s'empêcher de tout gérer et de donner son avis avec plus ou moins de tact. Mais sa franchise et son énergie font souvent des miracles. Sportive, elle a remporté des titres nationaux en natation. Gagner Koh-Lanta serait pour elle le moyen d'être vraiment la première.

Alexandra and Jean-Philippe Masy were the female and male winners of the opening challenge. In consequence, they became the captains of the Nacpan and Ilog tribes, respectively, and the pair were able to select the captain of the third tribe, Turung. Alexandra and Jean-Philippe selected Céline Dufrenoy as they correctly assessed that she would be weaker in challenges and a poor captain. The Nacpan tribe performed well in challenges overall and, until its dissolution, its members never had to worry about attending Tribal Council. On her new tribe, Matingi, Alexandra maintained a strong alliance with Olga Khokhlova and Colin Mottas. Benjamin Breerette and Stéphanie Tribot attempted to target Alexandra at different points, but both were voted out instead. In spite of the Matingi tribe showing loyalty to Alexandra overall, her social positioning began to slip. At the last Tribal Council before the merge, Alexandra's alliance and Anne-Sophie Mounier voted against Setha El Hajjami while the other half of the Matingi tribe voted against Alexandra in an attempt to break up her trio. After a tied revote, Setha and Alexandra had to draw rocks. Unfortunately for Alexandra, she drew the black rock and was eliminated.
