Alex Frost is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Blood v Water.
Alex, who was placed on the Water tribe, injured his back early on in the season. As time passed, he worried that his back injury was worsening. Against the pleas of his tribemates, Alex chose to quit the game when they refused to vote him out.

A super fan of the game, Alex wants to fly under the radar secretly making moves, while Jay is relaxed but also determined and competitive.
Have you done any training or planning before starting?
I've definitely been playing social and strategic scenarios out in my head, as well as doing the workouts Jay tells me to do in the hope I can keep up.
What would you do with the prize money?
Limo, Champagne, money showers…then invest it as well as donate some to a local charity.[2]
Australian Survivor[]
Alex was initially placed on the Water tribe, where his brother-in-law, Jay Bruno, was placed on the opposed tribe, Blood. On Day 2, while heading to the first Immunity Challenge, Alex was assisted by his tribemates as he tweaked his back on the way. Due to his injury, he didn't participate in the challenge that his tribe would go on to lose. Back at camp, Andy Meldrum targeted Alex for his injury, seeing him as an easy vote. However, Nina Twine and Mark Wales managed to get the majority of the tribe to blindside Andy instead.
On Day 12, after Water lost the Immunity Challenge, Alex was still suffering from back pains. The tribe was planning on voting out either Khanh Ong or Sophie Cachia. However, at Tribal Council, Alex publicly asked his tribe to vote him out due to him fearing his injury was worsening. When his tribemates didn't agree to do so, Alex decided to quit the game.
