A Bit Tipsy (also known as Got a Hunch and Discy Business) is a recurring challenge from Survivor. It debuted in Survivor: Blood vs. Water and reappeared later in San Juan del Sur, Kaôh Rōng, Game Changers, and Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.
Rules
The castaways would pull on a rope attached to an unbalanced table to keep the table level. They would stand a wooden block on end and have to hold on to the rope to keep the block upright. They would then retrieve one of nine wooden blocks from three stations while keeping all the blocks on the table upright. Once the block was retrieved, the castaway would have to stack the block on the table and retrieve the other blocks. Should any of the blocks fall, the castaway would have to return to the table and re-stack the blocks (or have to completely restart as done in Kaôh Rōng) before retrieving any more blocks. The first castaway to have all ten blocks standing for a three count would win the challenge.
In Kaôh Rōng and Game Changers, the castaways had to stack the blocks on top of one another to spell out the word "Immunity". The same version of the challenge was used in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, but modified for tribal use.
History
In the challenge's first appearance in Blood vs. Water, Tyson Apostol defeated Gervase Peterson and Monica Culpepper in a close race to win immunity.
The challenge reappeared in the twelfth episode of San Juan del Sur. Jon Misch narrowly defeated Keith Nale to win immunity.
It reappeared as the final six Immunity Challenge in Kaôh Rōng. Most of the castaways had problems with their stack falling over. Cydney Gillon, however, despite being in last place early on, remained slow and steady the whole time, and won immunity after Kyle Jason, who was in the lead, dropped all of his blocks.
The challenge reappeared in the eighth episode of Game Changers, where it came down to Troyzan Robertson and Brad Culpepper. Troyzan won immunity after Brad dropped his blocks.
The challenge reappeared in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers for the first time ever as a tribal Immunity Challenge. The challenge was similar to the individual version, except the tribe members would stand on balance beams in a semi-circle around the platform in the middle. One by one, the castaways would place a block on the platform and stack them to spell out "Immunity". After an extremely close race between all three tribes, Yawa and Levu were able to beat Soko for immunity.
