Natalie was in my draft at first. Boy, did I dodge a bullet there.
PS I didn’t think I’d be loving Ben as much as I am right now.

I think they could've voted out Jeremy instead Natalie, he has more experience in the game than her. Impressive from Adam and Denise to pull that move.
Kind of sad Amber went instead of Tyson, surprised he got no votes. I hope Kim can bounce back.
Parvati and Rob working together is really nice and hope they can last.
The queen stays queen.
Honestly Yul is THE man I want in my life: handsome, hot, smart, charming. He's everything!!!
Poor Natalie; should've voted out Boston Slob first instead; he's played not ONLY four times, but it took him FOUR times to win the damn thing! He doesn't DESERVE to be in this season!
Well damn, I was quite surprised to see Sandra and Tony being nice to each other (for now anyway)! I was secretly hoping their feud that started in Game Changers would continue starting in this episode! :D
So AWESOME to see Ethan, Danni, Yul, Parvati, and Kim again on my TV screen.
Sandra was hilarious during the second immunity challenge, raising her hand that that she wanted to sit out. Love you, Sandra! :)
Though I feel a little bad for Amber, at the same time it might be a good thing because it will be hilarious to see Boston Slob having a meltdown when he realizes that his wife was voted out!
Hate to admit it, but I kind of of like the new rules of Extinction; everybody being told in advance about it and then being sent their automatically without them deciding! With everybody knowing in advance, maybe those still in the game will be smarter about it this time and quickly vote out the person who re-entered the game as soon as possible (it sucks for somebody like Natalie who I really like, yes, but I don't want another Chris Underwood-type winner again).
It was an ok episode!
Overall, It was a very solid premiere. What I liked about it is that both tribes were hesitant to throw out a name for who they think should go, and they were doing this without mentioning Hidden Immunity Idols and/or Advantages as a factor for the vote. It shows that you don't need over 9,000 advantages/idols for fast-paced strategy. My only worry for this season is that it goes the way of All-Stars/ Game Changers where all the big names go pre-merge.
First Off, Im an idiot.
I put Natalie in my draft, but I also put her down in bonus q's as first boot.
Yesterday was not a good day for my draft. I think I have already doomed myself, because I had Amber AND Natalie....fuck.
Fire tokens and Ben. What do they have in common? I thought I would hate them, but they are AWESOME!!!
Ethan will win if he gets to the end. He will pull a Jeremy/Adam and win solely based on his story.
Natalie following in her sister's footsteps like :/
I would've been laughing so hard if Tony went home 2nd boot on a challenge nearly identical to the one he lost in Gamechangers.
Will edit more thoughts into the comment if I think of any.
Between Jeff Probst and the cast celebrating with some alcohol, two interesting first challenges, both tribes having a taste of Tribal Council, and some cool alliances forming (Sophie/Yul and Adam/Denise are pairs I will stan) I really enjoyed the premiere. Everyone had their moments and as much as it sucks seeing Natalie go out first (Twinnies and being first boots on reality TV, the trend continues) she could be a worthy successor of Reem on Edge of Extinction. And sending Sandra that idol is sure to stir up some chaos as well.
Ughhh I wish Sele had a brain like Dakal did. We were so close to getting Rob and Amber as the first two boots, if only Sele listened to Danni. Jeremy/Natalie and Tony/Sarah are pressing threats, but previous returning player seasons have proven that people who are friends outside the game can still turn on each other. Rob and Amber literally have no incentive to ever go against each other since they share the same bank account and a win for one would be a win for both.
Also, production should have split Jeremy/Natalie and Tony/Sarah up like they did with Rob/Amber. Natalie got screwed simply by being on a tribe with Jeremy. Imagine if either half of Romber had been the first boot just because they were on the same tribe.
What do you think?
