Remember when Dan was getting crap for his creepy behavior? Neither did they apparently.
Island of the Idols is starting to live up to its name even more.
I honestly like Noura's unusual behavior. It’s refreshing compared to what we got last week.
Missy's just lost her sense of how to properly communicate. No wonder Karishma didn’t listen to her.
Janet and Elaine have won me over this episode.
In spite of the talk about all the strong women beforehand, it’s clear as day that Tommy wins.
Was Dan not wearing shoes at tribal council?
Aaron and Missy, partners in crime, taken out in one night. Now that’s what you call two for the price of one.
I'm honestly disappointed that Missy is gone, she was a good player. But, Elizabeth is most likely gonna get voted out next :(.
Glad to see Missy go. Hope Elizabeth is out next. Those two liars are worse than Dan (and given everyone has already forgotten about Dan's behaviour, it seems that Missy and Elizabeth's lies are even worse than they seemed).
I also don't like Missy's comments about Jeff not mentioning that two African-Americans had won immunity last week. Jeff was understandably confused by this. And I can completely understand that because making such a comment could actually make him sound racist. Especially if one remembers the response to how they divided the contestants to tribes back on "Cook Islands". Missy's comment was even weirder because it came after so many seasons of "Survivor", after we've had multiple African-American, Asian-American and Jewish winners. People of both sexes and of all ethnicities have succeeded on this show.
Karishma is somewhat annoying and I really don't like her "I'm so miserable" gamestyle. I hope she also doesn't get far.
Noura is my favourite player of this season. Yes, she sucks at "Survivor", but I don't watch the show for that. I watch the show for entertaining and likeable characters, and Noura is definitely a character. In this episode she had a double epic fail by losing her part of the tribe the reward challenge and pretty much telling Karishma to go find an immunity idol.
Elaine and Janet are really awesome, and I actually hope one of them wins (Elaine is more likely, I think).
@Ifoundalemontree I understand why you dislike Missy and Elizabeth, but I just can't wrap my head around the fact that you want Dan to stay in the game over Missy and Elizabeth, when Dan is the cause of this entire controversy.
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m saying it.
My top choice to win is Noura.
In an era of crazy big moves and idols, it’s nice to have some players that are merely good TV. Tommy has the most favorable edit, but he’s not really the most favorable character.
Plus, Noura's an entrepreneur. If she gets to the final tribal council, I’m willing to bet she can make a good case for herself in spite of her perceived kookiness.
I love Noura, as she is my profile pic LMAO. I'm rooting for her as well.
@Tyfm2412 It is not like I don't want Dan to leave, but his actions are nothing compared to Missy and Elizabeth's, as they were the ones to blow this situation way out of proportion to the point Janet almost quit. Dan is the much lesser evil here. He has made one person feel uncomfortable, while Missy and Elizabeth have caused this situation to look way more serious than it actually was.
@Ifoundalemontree But Dan is the cause of ALL of this. If he just stopped being creepy when Kellee talked to him then none of this would have never happened. Dan is much more evil than Missy and Elizabeth.
@Tyfm2412 Yes, none of this would have happened had Dan paid more attention to his actions and had Kellee explained to him how uncomfortable she felt and asked him to stop. Dan is not evil. He is just clueless. When he says he has not done all this on purpose, I believe him. There are a few reasons why. He has apologized immediately and felt bad about. You can see he was embarrassed. Also, no other woman besides Kellee has complained or felt uncomfortable. Missy and Elizabeth were even making fun of the situation, which clearly shows they did not feel what Kellee felt, and all the talk about them identifying with her were nothing but lies for the sole purpose of advancing in the game at the expense of not just Dan, but also (and this what makes Missy and Elizabeth the absolute evil in this situation) the poor Kellee and Janet, who was genuinely trying to help. This is what makes their behaviour so disgusting, not just villifying Dan and making him a sex offender (which he is not).
Dan is guilty of one thing - violating personal space. He should have been more considerate of Kellee, and understand that people (not just women, but people in general) are different when it comes to their personal space. Some are fine with being touched and hugged, while others don't like it even if you are a close friend, and Kellee is definitely the second type of person, and Dan should have respected that.
Ok, now I understand where you are coming from.
I wanted Missy and Elizabeth gone following their farcical move last week, but I guess Missy and Aaron going was the next most satisfying alternative.
With all the talk of a possible goat army, I'll not be surprised if there will be a Survivor version of Project Isabella tomorrow night (p.s. If you don't know what Project Isabella is, google it. It's fun).
What do you think?
