Just when things were looking up, it all came crashing down.
Just when things were looking up, it all came crashing down.
I just watched Aaron's two-part apology... it sounded very genuine. I respect him for them.
Maybe because I'm young, but this episode was PAINFUL to watch at time. I'm shocked Kellee went home with 2 idols, and while the Dan situation was wrong,I feel like it was dragged out a lot longer than it should have been. I feel like this situation is the reason why the episode was 2 hours long
Well, it is the merge episode. That's why the episode was 2 hours long. But, the Dan situation was dragged out, but it is a very serious situation and he should have stopped when Kellee talked to him.
There's no question Dan was being inappropriate that's why there's no need to address him. Missy and Liz however, repulsed me so much. They used information that shouldn't used for gameplay but they did. They did Janet terribly wrong. Lost respect for both of them.
I don't care what they do from here on out, they're dead to me.
Poor Kellee, she I bet would've loved to step in and say her side of the story but she understandably kept silent to respect the game.
Kellee....god damn it. My top point getter. YOU HAD TWO FREAKING IDOLS!!! Kellee is the new Kelley(Wentworth)but both are equally iconic.
Kellee should return as a hero IMO.
I applauded when they did the announcement about the meeting. Screw you Dan.
That said, I am repulsed by the women. They were constantly complaining, Janet was right, but they lied to her face. They made it personal and that is just f***ed up.
Finally, have y'all noticed that Original Lairo now has more people than Original Vokai? I smell an alliance, and I would love to see it
And now Lauren, Tommy, Missy and Elizabeth have all issued apologies.
Whereas Aaron's was generally accepted, seems like the responses to these ones are a bit mixed.
Now we only really need to hear from Dan.
I saw Elizabeth and Missy's apology. Its interesting that they released them at similar times to each other, but I do respect and accept both of their apologies. Dan's Twitter is protected which I think is ridiculous. And, I never liked Lauren and Tommy, but I do respect both of their statements along with everyone else who apologized..
Something interesting I noticed: They didn’t have a preview posted for this episode. I suppose there wasn’t really a good way for them to make one given the subject matter.
I can safely assume that if this happens again, then it signifies that this storyline is not over.
Personally, Dan should've been pulled from the game. No buts; because if he joins the jury, Kellee would have to be around him again. The producers really tried to protect the integrity of the game more than the personal safety of its contestants.
By any off chance Dan makes it to the final three, Rob Cesternino put it best: 1) He's too well-off to be given a million bucks, 2) The jury wouldn't vote for someone who's oblivious as he is and 3) The jury would rip him a new butthole for all his inappropriateness and not sparing his own dignity. Dan couldn't possibly make a winning gameplay-related argument because the jury knows he was dragged there because no one would vote for someone as vile as he is. So, why the bother, Dan?
There's no way Dan could win now (heck, even Noura the hot mess and Karishma the dead weight could beat him).
I just hope all the unnecessary drama no longer snowballs into something worse, though more after-effects is still inevitable.
P.S. I won't post Fantasy League standings til the next episode as I cannot motivate myself into watching the previous episode again. Hope you all understand.
What do you think?
