A lot of the drama is for purposes of catching the viewers and audiences attention. Being a reality show it's still a competition in the end. Irl everyone's very different than their portrayal on TV.
This has been discussed a lot over the course of the season. Each of them played a different game and were all deserving in their own way. I wouldn't compare but Tony played one of the best game's that we've seen in Survivor history hands down.
Probably Spencer he's the most strategic of the three.
One world was prob one of the worsts in terms of predictability.
In all honesty the cast for Nicaragua wasn’t my favorite considering two ppl quit.
Personally, I didn't love BvsW. Lot of the newer seasons have less interesting castaway selections than before. Cagayan was one of my favs but prob Heroes vs Villains was over hyped even though I enjoyed it.
I mean it was pouring during Tribal everyone looked miserable including Sophie who was prob still not feeling well.
Tbh this would prob be separate from the actual show.
Tony and Natalie were two of the front runners in the entire game. Having both of them in the final 3 was honestly amazing to watch. Like Rob said I think Natalies social game hurt her on the edge. If she attempted to talk to everyone and develop relationships it prob would have helped her immensely. If she gave her necklace away to someone else and competed against Tony in fire it definitely would get her more jury votes and the win. That fire making challenge was insane tho.
I'm so proud of Tony's win well deserved and he's played one of the cleanest games in Survivor history.
I agree with the majority of what's being said. There's no point in competing in the challenge if someone is gonna steal immunity. You might as well step out for food if there 's an option like it doesn't make much sense. The challenge could go on for hours and for someone to steal immunity it's a bit cruel.
Michele shouldn’t be ranked on the bottom since I agree that Ben won’t receive any votes compared to her. However I don’t think she could win against more aggressive players and their style of game play since it might be what the jury is looking for this time around.
Ben may be in the votes but he has no social game whatsoever. He did it to himself based on his personality.
Regardless anyone can beat Ben at this point. I think looking at the game realistically and how to approach it is important where I give credit to Michele's perseverance. Being that this is WaW I think the jury will notice that she didn't go the extra step in order to win the 2 mill despite not giving up for constantly being on the bottom of the totem pole. Majority of people along with survivor fans wouldn't have the grit or confidence to take risks in order to win but in the past it's how many legends won and how we idolize their game play.
I feel that Michele acknowledges the fact that she’s on the bottom and is realistic about where she is in the game. Everyone knows that she has no ties and real alliances with anyone aside from maybe Jeremy. This time around I think she played a low profile game which ended up hurting her. She didn’t make any big moves and like many have said needing immunity to be safe isn’t necessarily what you want to pitch to the jury since although your saving yourself it’s because you have no one that wants to work with you. If people did they would reach out to her instead of leaving her on the bottom each time where she just goes along with what’s happening.
@SavaiiSurvivor I agree Natalie would have a clear shot at winning if she was sitting in the final three due to her longevity on the edge. I doubt she would put herself sitting next to Tony and she could beat anyone currently in the game. Tony's played his game this time around smarter not harder which has worked in his favor. Between both him and Natalie I would be satisfied if either of them won. Glad your acknowledging the fact that Michele being an under dog while also being on the bottom of the majority of votes is not an advantage but a disadvantage to herself not being in the loop.
One World and Nicaragua had awful casting as well but In my opinion I have less respect for the two that won their seasons compared to Rob.
Michele has proven she can win immunity if she puts her best foot forward but everyone has the potential to beat her as well. In terms of a social game Ben dug his own grave picking fights with ppl and being a hot head that no one wants to work with. Only reason Tony wants him in the end is due to the fact that he knows he can beat him. Rob didn't say specifically that he supports Michele he just confirmed that she should be proud of the way she played. Interesting how Rob's word for supporting Michele's has a higher importance but the way he won his season is looked down upon as one of the worst.
Sandra was voted out in game changers as well the only difference is that she won back to back her first two wins.
Tony wanting to bring Ben to the end bothers me since he wanted Jeremy as a shield then voted him out. Michele had no choice being on the bottom so it was a good thing she redeemed herself and won immunity. Also giving nick her tokens was a good idea but him playing it against Ben was pointless I would have picked tony who everyone knows is the biggest contender for jury votes rn. Him trying to turn Jeremy and Michele against each other was pointless like they caught him right in the act. Michele said it herself he should go before her since he's a bigger threat. Really don't understand why Nick decided to keep Ben over Jeremy knowing it would put him and Michele on the bottom everyone would vote him before Ben. Denise should of went instead of nick but the plan to trick everyone into thinking shes almost given up and done all she could do was intelligent. I'm shocked tony didn't win immunity and he got no votes during both tribals like everyone realizes hes the biggest threat and Ben should have went before Jeremy. Hoping Natalie wins with three advantages from the edge if was nice of her to buy Tyson an idol but she should have used her extra tokens to buy advantages for ppl like Jeremy and Parv in case she got back in to get her some extra jury votes. Wanted rob back in the game but he wouldn't have great odds unless he used his idol and went on an immunity run. Rooting for anyone to come back tbh just the older players have lesser odds. If Michele gave Jeremy her coin it would have saved him and Ben would have went which would have been ideal but she did spend tokens on it so it makes sense she would use it for herself.
